He points out how people limit themselves with an indoctrination forced upon them by a system designed to keep them in a perpetual loop to their detriment, and points out how people need to acquire a new skill by exercising their imposter syndrome, which ultimately leads them to be less insecure and more confident when addressing insightful information to a new found audience.
