Hotter Days
We are getting hotter as a species because of our egos there is no stopping the rise in temperature we could politic and give band aid treatments, but none of this will help the problem if anything it would only delay it for a short period of time but that’s all. The first earth was destroyed by fire then it was by water, and it’s looking like it’s fire’s turn again only it’ll be the humans that create the fire this time and not some meter blast like the first time. If all the ice melts in Antarctica we are looking at some possible water world scenario some of the states we currently know will be covered by water, but that’s to be expected as it is normal for this cleansing of the earth ever so often years. What can be done about this? Nothing. All we can do is think together in a collective manner as far as running a city is concerned. With new ideas emerging and technology advancing it shouldn’t be hard to come up with a proposal that everybody in the city can agree will be better than the current one. The time has come to stop fixing problems by giving them a patch or a band aid type of treatment, it is time we cure the problem from the ground up by thinking as a whole and using our natural resources. We have the intelligence to do it, we have the resources, we have the technical capabilities, and we even have the money to do it with. There should be no reason to not want to give it try for if it works you are looking at the first city to be self governed using no government bodies or officials. We have stopped making greatness and replaced it with temporary structures meant to be destroyed once again in due time. I think it is time we go back to thinking and reflecting our greatness that I believe is unlimited. LZ
